ok i heard some storys about pinching the tops and pinching the branches if this is true when should i pinch it.. if i cut the top when its flowering will it stay that hight and get bushy..thankz

You don't want to top your plants while it's in flower. There is a method called supercropping that involves pinching the stems untl they crunch between your fingers. After that injury heals, it will be much thicker and stronger which results in a stronger plant. Just search for in on this site and you will find threads on it. I pinch the stems religiously. Heres a super cropped White Widow.

I think she was under around 500w, a mix of hid and cfl. 250w, 100w hps, and about 150w of cfl.
