Growin in northeastern BC Canada

hey im thinkin about growin a few plants this summer do you guys have any tips for me.I was thinkin if the frost came to quick i could just cook with it and make hash and honey oil.

try something resistant and easy to grow, but either indican or ind/sativa mix. have a look on seedbanks and look at different strains and see what takes your fancy. I'be heard Hollands Hope does very well outside and also Easy Sativa is very easy for beginners

I agree with indica due to the climate. Those big sativas can take a LONG time to finish. Unless you want an 8 ft. plant in your indoor room, I would go indica. There are a ton a great strains specifically for outdoor, most seed banks carry them, look around. GL

I too would suggest indica dominant strains. A degree or two of frost in the fall will not harm your plants if the days are sunny and warm. IMO frosty fall nights and warm sunny days make big buds. Cool damp weather is a different story and can bring on the dreaded bud rot.

I've always found indica dom' strains both more resistant to northern latitude conditions AND easier to grow than sat' doms. Unless your season runs "well" into October or early November, sat's will not likely finish/mature.

i thought if i had to chop them early i would just make hash outta it all,or can u do that with buds not fully done?

You probably could, but it would be the same as early buds, not up to potential.

yea i agree with hick, early buds wont get you too high or stoned at all.

ya i can honestly say i harvested to early and you could tell... not worth it they will get you high just you gotta kill your lung tryin...

well i think the first frost comes in mid or end od october.so it shouldnt be to bad
