So I decided to get a head start this year and planted my first girl outside sometime in february. It got down to 30 degrees a couple times but there was no damage done. It won't get that cold again till december so I have a loong growing season.
Since I started off so early the days are shorter than they usually would be and my plant decided to go into flower.
I've been LSTing it and its got about 10 main 'heads' that all have a little bit of bud. I havent fimmed or topped it yet because i heard doing so while flowering is very bad(even though im not purposely trying to flower for another 7 months..). My question is, as spring progresses and it eventually goes back into veg, will I be able to pluck off the little nugs that are growing or will this hurt the plant somehow and make the ultimate yield less than it would be if I didn't pick off the buds?

Only comment I can make is if it does reveg the new shoots come out of the buds. You could remove some but I would leave at least half of them

yes you will...i did.....smoked and made bubble hash from that fully formed bud at the bottom of the plant....not to mention due to mites loving buded bud its smart to remove all that bottom bud growth to deture them(mites)from setting up shop...

here's my reveged Lambs Bread from last year...new "reveged" growth still grew fat buds...single leaf growth will signal reveg so thats the time to start plucking...good luck to ya!

I planted too early last year in my excitement to grow monster plants. Well (2) Reg. and (2) autos all went into reveg. They stopped growing and got lost under the huge canopy of the other girls that never started early budding. Two months later I dug up and gave away. They got frozen in time and just stopped growing. my experience w/ reveg s*cked. Jmo

If they are small and the plant is young, they will most likely not even be worth plucking off and smoking. Trichs need time to mature to contain any cannabinoids.

Positively 2 autos reveged on me. A friend also had 2 autos reveg. Both autos stopped growing @12 in. Tall. The non autos stopped growing @24-30 in. I am extremely careful with my seed / plant I D s. The auto's appearance was noticeably different than any plants I've seen before.
I fed continually all plants, but the (4) reveg. Just stopped growing.??they also did not have a healthy appearance.leaf edges turned yellow and,or got burn't edges, and as stated got burried under the abutting 6-8 foot plants.
