Hello there buzz here im growing my first plant outside and its kinda skinny and twiggy looking no buds and it looks female :holysheep: and its got red ants on it all the time. I dont know how to take are of it. to many people telling me different things to do and now its getting close to harvast time and i have no buds even starting. what do I do or what am I doing wrong?

its better to water in the morning... chances are it doesnt need to be watered ever day. poke your finger in the soil. is it wet or dry? only water it if its dry. if you water it all the time you dont give the roots a chance to breath and reach out and search for the water.
you need to turn that porch light off. thats why your plant has leaves all over the place.
not to be a bummer for you but chances are slimm that you will be able to get any quality smoke out of her this late in the season. just turn that light off and you will get somthing in 6 to 8 weeks. you will need a rain cover for her too when that time comes.

Now as to your plant, I would recommend a do over. Red ants are veg eaters, and that is most likely one of your problems.
Red ants won't usually kill the plant as that would do away with a food source instead they will slowly harvest from the plant as the plant fights to heal and grow. My experience reminds me that red ants also do not make their homes in rich loamy soil that your plant would do well in, (unless they are the tiny little stinging type), instead they prefer to dig and tunnel in a hard packed clay/sandy soil, or at the very least a seriously dry soil. Their tunneling will destroy roots and channel away water also.
Forget the idea that your going to suddenly get buds over night. As to watering, all you need to do is dig down a foot away from your plant, dig down at least 4 or 5 inches and if the soil has some moisture to it then leave the watering alone for a longer period of time. But as I said a do over would be best so you start out with a healthy plant. It is certainly late in the season and your daylight hours, and evening temps are not going to be enough to get you re-vegged and then flowered. Like I said a do over might bring you the happiness that your looking for. Can you do some growing indoors ?
A stealth growbox can be built pretty easy if you can't afford much, and we can certainly advise you well in this regard.
