im pretty sure it would if its enclosed would help to pain the inside with flat white pain or put mylar on it but im more of a hid person maybe one of the flouro guys can give you a 100% positive answer

it'll grow... but it'll be slow.... a 1000w hps cant be beat... (hard to keep cool tho)

No comparison at all. If you can keep the hps cool it will blow away the flo. Mostly denseness will be the biggest difference. The buds from the flo would be stringy
