early Vegbox design

I plan on setting this up in a few months for the early veg stage so i can get them big enough to plant outside. now i plan on putting 9 pots(2l bottles) in a box with 12 26w florescent bulbs. It would have 3 fans(or 1 big one)for airflow

for cooling would having holes near the lights for airflow cool them enough(diagram)?

anyways check out the pic and advice would be appreciated.

Use 1 fan for a intake on one end of the box. 1 fan for exhaust on the other end as high as you can mount it and 1 osulating(sp?) on the plants.

k im just worried bout the heat will that airflow be enough

I am running 12 in a 16" x 46" box with the set up I describe with no problem in the 2litre grow

is 30cm of room for the plants good enough until i put them outside

you dont need another fan for intake if you place both fans ehaust and just make 2 intake holes you'll be almost doubling the airflow. the drag of air is enough to pull air in through the intake hole...
