does this stress the plant out?

i was wonderin if taking my plants and puttin em ouside once a day (on sunny days) if this would stress em out.i love to see em under the best light in the world (the sun) but if its stressin em out,i'd rather not.(thanks for any advise)

You'd have to start by putting them in a shaded area until they are used to the suns intense light. I think it takes 1-2 weeks, with you easing them into full sunlight everyday. You may have bug/pest problems with taking your plant in and out. Imo, i'd just leave it inside.

Yeah i wouldn't sagest placing them outside... You really don't need all the light for them while they are in veg.. They don't consume as much light as in flower.. Plus bombbudpuffa is right. You will be bringing in all types of pests and what not... I say don't worry about it...
