Alcohol kills thousands of people in the U.S. just by consumption and misuse. So how did they legalize it? They expect you to drink responsibly.
THC how ever is no where near bieng as powerful and dangerous as said above. So why don't they legalize it? It can by all means, be smoked responsibly.
We kill each other with alcohol use.
We kill each other for marijuana use.

Yeah, some people beleive THC enduces psychosis.. However, studies show surely, if you'r going to get psychosis, your getting it anyway, if you smoke weed or not..

If you ask me, maybe 1/4 psychosis patients smoked chron, well damn, 1/4 people you meet on the street smoke chron! Seems like they're playing on the fact that these people have smoked it at some point making out that its "responsible"... what a load of bull.. if your prone to mental deteriation, its gonna happen if you smoked bud or not..

i have worked in 2 bars and i hate alcohol. at the 2nd place i work we used to do a last drink before home, they wouldn't let me have a coke! it had to be a beer from the tap.

its about controversy and christians. not just christians, but relegious people. They believe that god told their leader that pot is against his teachings, so if it ever did manage to come to a vote (which it wont anytime soon) then it will never pass because relegious kooks are all heavy into voting.

who cares if its illegal anyway. you can smoke like a chimney in your house and never feel any consequence. just grow and smoke enough for yourself and maybe a buddy and youll be ok. selling is when the risk comes in......

The history channel I think had a show "Hooked: Illegal drugs and how they got that way." Marijuana was brought in by illegal immigrants and it started as a poor man's problem. Then the government decided it was evil and bad and spent millions telling us that... but the letter (I want to say Mckinley letter?) that told of their study on MJ was shown to prove nothing...it is no worse than alcohol or tobacco.

It's a lesson on how the government can stir up something and make the majority of people believe false information, instead of giving us the information and letting us make our own decisions. We's too stooooopid, the government has to save us from ourselves! It's been done many many times successfully.
