couple stupid questions

well i germinated my seeds.. now, like always the weather gets bad.. hard rain and cold. So if i leave them for a coupe days in closet no big deal?? I leave a light on them for about 12 hours and under the bed for the rest of the time... i have it in the jiffy miny greenhouse thing. I will move them outside in 2 days when weather gets back to normal, and another question... my mom has a huge garden of veggies and junk.. and she's got a shitload of cow ****... so will a little of that do any good after a few weeks of grow?
