Cold with light Frost last night in CT...

I had to scramble, late last night (3:00AM) when I looked at my min./max/ thermometer, before going to bed, and saw it read 29.5* !
Soooooo, outside I ran, to throw multi layers of plastic & tarps over four seedling trays with 140 seedlings!
I'm trying some Hybrids this year....Jack's Cleaner2, Chernobyl, Black Domina, White Rhino, Blue Chem and G-13's. :watchplant: !

I had to keep my Babies 'snug & warm' and couldn't let them Freeze!

Our last Date of Frost is supposed to be April 2st....but we'll see.

Anybody else have to do this, in New England last night?

Kinda of early to have seedlings out in my area.

I start mine inside till they are well rooted before setting out.

140 seedlin pilgrem what yual startin? Convent? I thought 6-9 plants be enough work! Yual out my legue lol

Oh and dont underestimate yur plants they can stand cold temps and even a night or two of frost.

I mostly wait till after Derby Day. No more frost here.:clap:
