4 cups canned chili (if you make your own, substitute it)
2 grams indica popcorn buds/trim/good shake, powdered in a grinder
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon Canola oil
1/2 cup non-light beer (optional)
7 chopped pickled Serrano peppers (very optional)
Add all non-chili ingredients to chili in a 2-quart pot. Blend by hand. Cover pot with lid. Simmer on low heat for 1.5 hrs, stirring often.
Use meatless chili if you are a vegetarian. Nearly any chili will do. Top with cheese. Build chili fries, chili dogs and chili burgers.
