changing lights on plants every 12 hours?

Today i just started 12/12 on my 3-4 weeks plants .. i have a new seed who just sprouted and a clone im putting them under 24h floro lights..

my quuestion here can i put them under the 400W hps when i start 12/ on the big plants and then when i turrn lights of i get them back under floro?? so this is means 12/floro - 12/400hps ?? is that good for the plants ? or its shocking and stressfull?

Sumtimes i do that with sum and iv had no problems yet. They look all the same at the end!

thanks..so you recommend that?? if its not stresful then il go for it.. but i was afraid to stress the plants then they might turn hermi or something like that

people do 12/12 at the start with seeds and clones frequently. I rooted a clone on 12 hrs, and its looking nice, you'll be good man
