It's definitely on our list of places to visit now that our daughter is out of college (she just has to pass the bar and get a freaking job). Could spend a couple of years touring Africa actually.

grapes vines look like the Chenin or even the Muscat of Alexandria varieties ..

I have 2 hybrid Champanel vines left and one native possum/fox grape .. great producers

I hate cities, and would dread the thought of having to go to New York, or Atlanta, but I would go to Cape Town.
