think she meens just because a Hermies is next to one..she said the pollen from it would seed All..especially if fans are running..IMO..I would remove all plants from tent/flower room and mist the younger ones with water and clean very well and when finished clean it again.Good luck

andy..my buddy had the same thing happen..you was very lucky my friend..he thaught he could pick/cut them naners as they appeared but you dont see the ones inside the budd at the node section and it busts open..and some could get into air and with fans going ...not good..allways remove them PERIOD..IMO..they are worse then Male at least Male would be be good seed:bolt::bong:

No, not at all. Just because a plant has seeds does not mean that it is a hermie. A hermie plant is a female plant that develops male flowers. They will generally self-pollinate and also pollinate any other females in the area. These seeds carry hermie genetics and should be discarded.

A female can also become seeded by coming into contact with pollen from a true male. These seeds, while you may get different phenos, are "good" seeds and can be saved and cultivated.

Both plants are seeded--only one of them is a hermie.

and my other question was how long will hermie pollen stay active in an area?

so if the pollen dies in just a few days and once mine start to flower in about a month or so, do i have to worry about them getting pollenated to hermies a month from now?? or getting seeded???/

My crop got pollenated months after that hermi released its pollen.

As long as its dry the pollen will stay good.

You really cant see pollen, if you catch a male flower after it opened without any fans somtimes you will see a little pile of golden dust on a leaf. But once it blows into the air its gone.

Sounds like you cleaned up good i wouldnt worry.

I have a few cuts from a mom that have rather large sacks at the base of the stems. I have NO male plants and only 1/2 the cuts show these sacks. The cuts are older and well rooted. They were in shock for a bit while they were over watered and got to cold and cut back a little to far. Also they were taken from 18/6 back to 24hrs. They look healthy and all though.
Could those "large sacks" possibly be simply swollen calyx's?.. and NOT staminate flowers?..
