I did get every bit of the drywall ripped out. I will get some picts up this weekend and hopefully greenboard this week coming up...
I have used blue board around tub area and covered with surround kit
I got a good one (kit) and it over lapped the corners area very well and I cut greenboard up 1 inch from top of tub rim to stop weeping water back up into it.

When I tore the old out and got to looking, it was actually the blue stuff... Really, my first post here was in 2021 when I transferred over from the farm. I know I had that one buggy run before I got here so - what - 4, 5 years of a tropical paradise in a 4 foot by 8 foot drywall room before it molded up... And, I do not worry as much about de-humidifying during veg. - I don't know. In my mind, I am thinking 5 years is pretty good considering how humid it gets during summertime in the central jungles (Cornfields) of Illinois. I am def going with the greenboard this time around though. How's your day treating you @RosterMan

No - Modern stick built outbuilding, one cinderblock off of a pad. (Don't ask - I f'd up the finishing of the pad. It is the She-Shed, Mrs. Monkeys. and on the back of it is my little place she let me have. Construction is maybe 8 years old. Strange because there is a window unit AC sticking out of it and when you walk into Mrs. Monkey's side of it there is no AC. Hmmmmm. - And every once in a while Mrs. Monkeys side smells like a skunk. hahaha.
Ouchy, Hope they helped you out with a Norco or 2 - or at least half a script of Tramadol before they sent you packing.
