Bug and predator repellant??

I have a couple dozen outdoor plants, ranging from from 6" to 4+ feet. Here's the problem/s, mites are beginning to get to them and consumed some of my smaller ones already, and...unfortunately...i don't have enough time to ID all the different types there maybe. Also, whats the best way to keep deer/cows (haha ya i kno, unfortunately i have no choice), from consuming my plants? I would fence them off but that's not an option for many reasons, mainly because it'd give them away instantaneously. I want a repellant thats cheap yet effective but spare in mind i have MANY plants so the easier the better, if possible. There's a Fox Farms supplier i'm able to go to not too far away..so i have access to many chemical/nutes not found in common gardening stores!! Thanks and any help/tips would be sweet!!

..you might try a product called "Deer Away" for the large predators. I've not tried it for cattle...can't say. It works to some extent on deer.
Are you sure it is "mites"?? I personally have never had a serious mite issue OD. Environmental conditions and natural enemies have always kept them ..under control.

I shouldn't say mites, seeing how i haven't 100% ID'd them. It's def. some type of insect as there's little holes throughout the leaves and typical insect bite marks etc. Does it make a difference in which type of bug it is to know what type of product is needed?

.................mites don't chew holes. sounds more like leafe hoppers or grass hoppers possibly.
There are several home made concoctions, pepper sprays, cinnamon, aspirin, ect. that will claim to work. And may work well, for some applications. Most will need reapplied after any rain and periodically in between in order to be effective.
I've found "Safer's" insecticidal soap to be about as effective as anything organic and user friendly. It is safe for fruits 'n veggies and can be easily washed off with fresh water.
