Hello everyone.

its been a long time since i had the plants of love, but after a big break due to having a kid, i am now ready to set something up thats a part of my home as much as my closet is.

i dont have a huge budget.

my plans are as following:

a tree skeleton with thick plasterboard as the outer layer, leaning against my bedroom wall, and a table fan in the bottom as the intake fan.. and just a hole in the top with nothing. small link chains for the light and some sorts of entrance.

my mesurements are as following:

80w x 225h x 120l ( this is centimeters)

it will be 3 plants max witch is fine with me.

this is all teoretical still.. so please help me out with how to make an entrance witch does not leak light when closed.
tell me if there is a better meterial than plasterboard, or if you have any other ideas please let me know.

Good smoke and good grow from Bockerm8 :vap-Bong_smoker:

the journal will start when i get the entrance problem fixed.. <3

I use Velcro not hinges what lights you plan to use?

and I dont think that table fan will be enough for an intake

my door is made from 1/4 inch panel wood. door is a little bigger than opening held with pieces of Velcro. on the outside I also use Black plastic 6 inches bigger then the door taped good on top to lay over the door. I don't think hinges will hold well to plasterboard

Translating to inches which my brain processes better, the room is approx. 32 x 48 x 88 (listed as w-l-h). This is going to take a fair amount of light to adequately light. With the light that the space is going to require, that fan will not do the job. Actually, regardless of the room size, that fan is not meant to be an intake fan. You will need some kind of fan to move the air around in the space, and that is the correct fan to do that. I suggest that you read about lighting and how much you are going to need. I suspect that if you are on a tight budget that it may be prohibitive for you. It is useless to try and do a grow with inadequate lighting and ventilation.

Read up on lighting and then get back to us on what you think you want to use. That will help you with a ventilation plan.

I like to use plywood for grow boxes and then paint them flat white on the inside.
