Yes I had alot of shouts that didnt grow up like that other parts of the plant and I slacked on defoliation and should I even try to defoliation of any kind

I thought I knew all the language bit should is a new one. Nice looking plant though. And IMO you should not let fan leaves touch to the point there is moisture when separatd. Prune those.

Hello friends got a ? the humidity I got going is in mid 40s but if I turn the lights all the way up it gets up to 79 to 81 degrees in the tent is that to hot in the tent for them and they are in 4th week of flower

I to run my tent in the mid 70's but I seem to get a better yield in the upper 70's. I don't like the temp to get over 80f and humidity above 60%.

81F is 27C - hardly anything really! Inside my greenhouse gets to 44C and the plants can tolerate that, 27C is relatively cool.
