Back building

I don't know if anyone's heard of this but I thought I might try back building on a plant if anyone had any experience with this and results would be great to hear been saying some things on the internet where it seemed like people were having good results doing this

So what I've been seeing is basically cutting 1/16 to a 1/8 off the top of your buds starting at about 3 to 4 weeks into flowering and saw several different side by side comparisons and depending on strain made the buds much denser and much fatter and not all strains gained weight but still looked much better but some strains not only looked better but had a 20% and better as far as weight and everyone doing seemed to be amazed

So was thinking about giving it a try on half the plant and seeing if I could get same results but was hoping someone else had tried this not really into chopping on my plants but what I've been watching was pretty amazing
