Chritsmas Tree? My brother was telling me that back in the 70s ther was a strain going around called Christmas Tree because it grew like a christmas tree and smelled very "Piney". He was wanting to get that strain again, or something very close to it. :)

YES!!!!!!

Once/year, always after Thanksgiving and gone by New Years.

Looked like little Christmas trees, but don't really remember the 'piney' smell, although it smelled great.

Not cheap and you really had to know someone to score any. Haven't seen or heard about it since 1978 (?), or so. This was in SoFla.

Other than very fond memories, no info at all.

Frieseland is another strain that is piney and smells like christmas tree.

Feliz Navidad!:ciao:

I qualify as an old timer but I've never heard of the strain Christmas tree. Most indica leaning strains grow just like a Christmas tree if left to grow naturally so that characteristic is very common to many strains. There are quite a few strains that have a piney flavor and scent. Snowcap, MK Ultra, and Pine Tar Kush come to mind to name a few.

Peace!:bong:

Thanks guys. :) I don't remember the "christmas tree" myself but my brother is wanting to try to get that again. Like said, it is probably one of the strains listed that was indica dominant. I actually read up on the MKUltra a while back and I believe we will give that a shot here in about a month or two and see how it works out. Thanks for the feedback :)
