What's up everyone,
So, I've decided that I'm going to grow my 4th time from the same bagseed I've been using. I've decided to maybe change things up a bit though. My closet is smaller than the last, with a grow space of about 5x3.

I'm pretty experienced with LST, but had a couple thoughts about this grow. I can't decide if I should grow 4 big plants LST in 5 gallon buckets vegged under 4 foot shop lights or veg a bunch of smaller plants instead of 4 big plants.

Yes, four big plants sounds very nice, but is it more practical to grow a bunch of smaller plants? I will be using a 400 watt hps to flower.

There are many advantages/disadvantages to both, but I see the smaller plants requiring less veg time and they would mature faster vs. 4 huge plants in 5 gallon buckets. (But maybe the monsters yielding more?)

Also, due to my closet space, I can't have a veg and flower room seperated, so it has to be a grow all the way through. Maybe a Scrog would be the way to go. (what size pots should I use with a Scrog?)

What do you guys think?

4 lst monsters or maybe 12 small plants in maybe 6 or 8 inch pots or so?
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!

ur room size is same as mine. im growing 5 lst in 3gal pots plants were bagseed & were 6-8" tall when switched. anyhow getting ready to put six nirvana bubblelicious under a 3x3 screen w/ 600w hps, but anyhow im planning on useing 2 gal this time. i use the extra 2 feet for fan, dehumidifier, & space heater when needed.

Do you think two gal would be too small for a scrog? I think I'm going to try the scrog with hexagonal netting or strawberry mesh. Since I'm using a 400 watt to flower I'm going to go with four 3 gallon pots with the net 10 inches above the medium. Good idea?:spit:

i believe as long as you stay w/in ur 30-60w/sq ft means, you can use as many or as little plants as you want. ive seen 9-1 gal pots to 4-5 gal pots under 9sq feet. yeah sounds like ur on track. ur netting sounds like chicken wire? hopefully its @ least plastic coated wire & holes are big enough so you can pull plant back down through w/o snapping. pm me & ill give you a usefull link.
