830w for rooted clones?

OK, I have some very healthy 3-week Purple Kush clones under a 430w HPS Agro. Will adding an extra 400w HPS and a stronger fan wreck them, as in stressing them to the point of turning them male? Sorry if this has already been asked.

it shouldn't if they've already been under hid lighting. then adding more light will be fine. when young plants haven't been exposed to very intense light, and then switched is when stress is involved. its a lot more common when growing young plants indoors, and then introducing them to the sunlight outside.

I go from a 4', 4 bulb t-5's to 1200 watts in a 4 x 4 tent with no problems, besides massive growth
