4k to 10k

Hi all, reading Urban Garden and came accross a bit on using from 4k to 10k lighting spectrum depending on stage of development, there a chart HERE.
Does anyone here use these bulbs or specifically change there bulbs to suit what the chart suggests.
I dont recall reading about one of you using 10k bulbs but it difficult to read all posts lol

You should of warned it used that adobe mess.
Whats the product called so I can look it up elsewhere.

For those who carnt see the chart it explains that the recomended plant spectrum shedule is...
4k for seedlings/cuttings
6.4k for majority of veg
4k for last week of veg
3k for most of flowering, and,,,
10k uva blue for the last week of flower

Wow. The faq section was highly helpful to a newbie like me.
Thought high was red, and lower was bluer. Had it totally backwards.
