1st grow need help with lights

I am growing in a cabinet that is about 2 foot deep by 2 foot wide by 3 foot tall. I have a 85 watt Fluorex CFL hovering above, and a 65 watt Fluorex CFL on back near the bottom for veg. Then a 150 watt HPS for flowering. I am mostly concerned about my CFL's. They do not have built in reflectors so i was wondering if mirrors under the plants and on the opposite side of the floor light would work well enough for healthy veg.

Mirrors are no good for growing. Flat white paint is best.

I would just get those circular hoods they sell at WalMart, they have a regular light socket so you can use CFLs with them and are very inexpensive.
