1st for flowering, 2nd for veg don't mix 'em ... u can give 'em separately every 1 week but it'll be to much P the 2nd has low level of K for veg it'd be NPK 4 1 3 +-

sprey the leaves with low dose of nutrients , don't overwater... use 10-15% water from the volume of the bag

i'm not telling u i just sharing my opinion... u have to choose it by yourself some ppl do use 24 hours until harvest, but only if they growing auto

soil ph 6-7 in my opinion if u set to 24h then every 4 days will give u 1 extra day of growth so if time is of essence...
