Alright, a Neighbor Gave me 16 pre-germinated seeds. they germinated them for me. and gave them to me. so I planted them all in a peat moss. I'm going with CFL, Simply for the purpose of : It's cheap And it works =D So I'm going to use "23W" 100W equivelent CFL's. Now.. for 16 Plants.. How...
