Humic and fulvic acid doesn't maintain a steady ph... but they allow plants to handle ph swings with way less ill effects. Best way to battle ph is to use ph up/down once a day... once u get used to how MJ grows you don't even really need to look at a meter... u'll know how many drops at what...

Roots will usually ''tan'' or discolor from the dyes in the nutrients being used... but if ur plants are dying... then perhaps hard water? ppm too high? too many nutes? or lack of oxygen in the solution? Altho if it is an aeroponics setup i can' really see that being the problem

Using the flash usually corrects the problem... if not then do it rite after ur light goes out.

It is debatable... personally I dont see any difference when it comes to flushing a rez.... however... MG grown in the soil... NEEEEDS to be flushed... sometimes it won't even burn it'll be so full of fertilizer.

Spider mites won't be found in ur home unless u have plants... then there is a chance... but it is easy to know they are there once they are established... webs everywhere.... little 1/4 size of a poppyseed dots crawling around...

It is just the randomness of the lights going on and off... it doesn't happen like that in the wild... so the plants dont know *** to do... so they are stressed out... and with stress comes the chance of the old hermies. It doesn't mean you will... but it is best not to stress them... u dont...

Those ionizers are not too bad for controlling smells out of the growroom... but in a confined area they can be deadly... too many ppm of ozone is just as bad as a co2 generator.
