I'm on my first grow op and all I could get was the tube flouros. I have two 40watt soft white and i keep em about 1-2 inches over the plants. I also keep a fan blowing upward at them. I can feel absolutely no heat with the fan and the plants are fine.

I've checked out the site that advertises here alot. I was wondering. Really, is it a good idea to get seeds from them if maybe you live in a place that has laws that doesnt allow having them?
