4th week into flowering buds growing but notice this on a few stems, little balls with brown hairs coming out of them.

After transplanting into bigger pots I been having this problem. I wonder is I’m over watering, I got 3 plants and I use 1 gallon of water each feeding to feed all 3. Is that too much? I checked the soil and still feel moist so I didn’t water them lately.
