Plants will double in size or more once you flip the lights before it's all over so keep that in mind, it's real easy to vegg to long and end up with buds into the lights

The 4 "1000" watt lights pull about 500 watts total. I'm sure you don't need a surge protector at all with those lights. I would probably use 2 seperate circuits with the fan and blower in the mix

It all depends on how well your medium holds water, look for the top 2" to be dry then water. Its very easy to tell if you are over or under watering drooping leaves are either over or under watered, when they are drooping water them if they bounce back in an hour or so, they were under...

Rez temps, you never said what they are, do you know? don't look for some kind of product to keep it away. It's all about dissolved oxygen or DO when doing DWC DO is directly proportional to water temps, more air won't help when the water just can't hold any more DO

From my experience it reveg's from the the bud sites, leave a quarter of the plant including bud sites.

Looks like the start of root rot, what temp is the water? More air and lower water temp to prevent Might need to remove brown slimy root area's Don't mess around, clean all reservoirs and get the temps down and air volume up, root rot will spread.
