This may sound dumb but my buddy gave me this bad ass fishtank light it's got full spectrum changeable modes cooling fans but it's says it's 300 watt

Nice and how would I introduce that to the plant? Again sorry if my question is silly it's just I have never grown anything other than outdoor veggies lol

I didn't look at the wattage on that bulb I just know it's a grow bulb

So I have some full spectrum LEDs I can fit about 3 plants to fill size in there with fans and ventilation. My goal and I have been taking notes as I go is see how well this plant does then grow three more eventually if like to make a grow room big enough to stage plants then I never run out lol

Welcome and I'm new as well but I can say so far I have great advice and welcome to a place where you can learn and maybe even help someone yourself.

Thanks man and awesome the reason for the light was it was the best full spectrum I could find at the time it does have a veg and flower setting currently in veg but I am looking to make an actual grow room I have the perfect walk in closet for I could even still vent it. Wednesday update so I have seen a lot of growth in a few days and I'm loving it I am currently working on a better area for it and a better lighting system but I hope I'm doing good.

Regular potting soil and that's it I have never grown before so I started the seed and water about every three days and I add nothing I do mist the leaves when I water.
