Ok heres the idea,:)
after a recent bout of windy weather my greenhouse is in bits and I was thinking of putting my ladies in the shed at night, Now the sunrises here at 5.17 at the minute and I'm up and awake at 9, so what I was wondering is if I could get a normal uv strip lght on a timer in the shed would that be ok for the plants for a couple of hours till I get up and bring them out of the shed?
I cant remember if its the uva or uvb lights that the indoor growers use but wouldnt a strip light have enough uv to keep things going for 3 hours or so?:)

...or ya' could just buy an alarm clock...:p hA!

flourescents or a cpl cfl's would ..suffice..I suppose. Are you worried about frost this early?..why not just leave 'em outdoors?..

So many factors for me to put them in the shed are
1-the winds have already given my plants a severe lickin
2-I have some ambient light from my kitchen beaming into were i keep my plants.
3-I will be able to sleep soundly (for once) knowing my babies are safe away from the bad weather that likes to creep up on us when we dont expect it.
Not the very best answers for doing this but paranoia makes us do things sometimes lol!:D
