4/20 is when i do mine..but its diffrent all over the world..

whats your geografic local? would help as if ya in Cali..may be able anytime..but in Alaska a bit cold now..

March 25th in the green house then out after first frost first harvest in june or early july.

June 1st for September/October fall harvest

I take and start seeds 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost that way the plants are bigger and some are showing sex to take clones fron for back up /bonus patches.

Yep me to Oz...I start plants indoors in Feb, or March, get them nice and strong to move outdoors around the middle of April in my part of the world. If you try our way, be sure to harden off your plants before moving out full time into full sunlight.

If you work from clones you don't need to go check for males

Me too. I really need to scan some polaroids. I am about the same. Veg for 8 weeks or so around Feb/March, then outside around June. Come down around Mid Sept. Before we bought the property on the river, I used to load a 150' hose on the ATV, 1200gal a minute pump, Wand and Battery with 120v outlet. Ride into the Cascades, Drop the pump in river, plug it in, run the hose to the spot and water away. Man those were fun times.

On a side note, heres a funny story. I was smoking a spliff on the ATV coming back over the Cascades. A forrest service young kid in a truck was parked on the gravel road. Heard me coming, got out, told me to pull over. I kept going, he yelled at me, then gets in his truck and starts to chase me. He got close enough at one point, and I tossed my spliff on his windshield. That pissed him off. Then I went offroad and he was outta luck. It was a solid spliff too, dammit.

I want to try outdoor grows, but I live somewhat close to an airport :/ lots of planes and choppers flying by sept-nov.....

I have put a clone outside and see how she did.....ends up it was approx. 6 inches away from one of those "pop up" sprinklers.....every 3 days she would take a fat blast from the sprinkler lol

she was sickly, never really grew until one day, my mum thought it was a weed -.- and sprayed it with poison

We live in fantastic growing region homey. Get your clones ready, Find your spot and get er done. I have found that our river water, well some rivers provide stellar nutrients for the plants. I have never PH'D or PPM the water, but I have had some massive bushes without adding anything extra. Can't even imagine if I followed a nutrient regime out there. Man....

yeah man...I never messed with pH outdoors...I didn't use chem nutes very often either. I did use some time release stuff there towards the end of my big growing days.

Dude I used to have a 250 yamaha enduro that I had painted the whole thing flat black...lol...nothing shiney on the whole bike. I had a state bull try to get me to pull over one yr when I was out tending my plants...so I did, as soon as he was out of his car, I yelled watch this, kicked it in gear, and took off across a bean field into the woods...lol. Thats back when I was in my mid 20's ...lol....didn't give ahoot about anything. I also did alot of planting and harvesting from a canoe...get ya into places people never go.
