it could be a couple of things... looks somewhat like nuteburn.

have you fed lately? whats the soil mix, watering schedule, ph etc... give us some specifics so we can better help you.

Yo Ho there frankthetank,
Here is a link that might be of some help, but I believe the guys here will have this pegged in record time.
marijuana-seeds.net/Thanks-ThankYou.htm

Some question for you,
1. Does that 5gal. bucket have holes in the bottom ?
2. How often are you watering ?
3. What ferts are you using , and how much ?
4. Your type of soil ? PH ?
5. Lights ? and time schedual of the lights ?

These are just some basic questions, but they will help in finding out what might be deviling your grow.

-bucket is 2 gal. and has holes in bottom
-watering when leaves start to droop about once a week
-started out with MG moisture cont. but transplanted to an organic soil before flowering to balance out all the nutes in the MG. so its a mix of those two plus verm. and pearlite mixed in
-ph is 7
-yesterday gave a 15-30-15 small watering dose of jacks plantfood to see if it responds-- no signs yet
-400w hps 55000 lumens on a strict 12/12 cycle

ph of the water is 7? or the runnoff.

if there are time released nutes in that MG soil....im willing to bet thats why. might need cal-mag if theres no bone meal or magnesium in the soil.

could be a mixture of soil, ph in the contianer and a nutrient diff. bacuse of ph. thats why the leaves are greying on the edges and not browning.

how do you test your ph? strips or meter?

did you feed before the yellowing started to happen or after? how long have the leaves been doing this? what all have you fed her and what doseage?

all these questions matter to figure out whats going on at the rootzone.

Also if the tips of the leaf are freakishly long than you prolly have a overfeeding issure.

WHEN IN DOUBT>>>>>FLUSH 'EM OUT!!!

Hit that sister with water till you get clear runoff. Than wait a few days and see what she does.

The new growth is going to tell you what's going on, don't expect the leaves to go back to green...the damage has been done.

Wait till she's doing better before you give her anymore food. As TOA pioned out, those time release ferts may be a problem. I have had nothing but problems with that stuff on indoor grows.

soil ph is 7 tested with meter not strips
yellowing for about 2-3 days
gave nutes after i noticed yellowing in case of N diff.
othe than that its been straight tap water thats sat out a couple of days
I defininatly will not use MG ever again and try flushing tomorrow

if you havent been overwatering and have tested the runnoff at 7 i would ph down the flushing solution to 6 and then i would flush....i would bet its MG nutes if you have good drianage and havent been overwatering. dont flush immediately- wait till soil is dry- overwatering will compound the problem.

the greying of the dead leaf metter on the edges is telling me something else tho i must say....

Give us an update as soon as anything changes.

i.e. yellowing on new growth, yellowing spreading ect.

This is why I would never recommend MG or Time release for indoor.

thanks i'll update if it changes after a flush. the new growth is fine its just the large oldest fan leaves right now. could just be normal decay?

ok... listen up...

don't flush in that MG soil... that will only release more ferts and burn your girl worse... your best bet is to get some commercial potting soil (a high pourosity) and to transplant out of the MG into that... flushing off that stuff off the roots first... carefully... then transplant into some soil appropriate for mj

Yo Ho frankthetank,
I want to second what Trillion is saying about the mg nutes. The bad thing in your position is that the mg nutes in the moisture control mix are time release which is nothing more that an encapsulating material that is slowly dissolved by water, so if you do a flush, it could mean further damage.
Best thing is to allow the soil to dry out real well before you do a flush, unless you are super close to harvest. If that is the case then I wouldn't worry about it.
