Hello friends.. I have a Ladie I put outside for the summer and have her in a 3 gallon container...is this going to be big enough or should I transplant to a larger container?..I chose to grow her in the container so I can easyly move her around...Thanks for the help..:)

Hi 4u2

I guess the point is

what yield you would like to achieve

the larger the pot, the larger area for her to put down roots in.

Of coarse, if you still wish to move said plant and pot around. The size and weight will have to be taken into account. If the terrain is smooth you could try making a "dolly" scrap of ply and caster wheels. Or if you do go big a sack truck could help you out.

Back pain, from humping large pots around is something you really do want to avoid.

Good luck with the grow

the bigger the better! lotsa perlite, lotsa compost and dont forget the dolomite lime and your off!!!!!!

Like trillion said the bigger the better. Personally I dig 2-3 foot holes that are 2-3 feet wide (really its a matter of how stoned how much I drank and how tired I am while I'm digging :p ) Just remember when she gets in the later stages of flower you are not going to want to be moving her around, especially if she is producing large for you. Oh and why not cut your clones now while their is no chance of her being in flower? At least then your plant would have plenty of time to recover from the shock before she switches cycles on you.

Thanks Tater..I am not running any lights..due to heat issues..so Im hopeng to take clones at end of Aug..and then be able to turn lights on and start up grow again..The spot she is n is good unless I get a visitor, then Ii would want to move her..other wise I would plant straight in Mother Earth.(and I will next year).Come end Aug..I will start my next seed grow ( Bubble Gum, Big Bud)...also wll be gettng 3 or 4 diffrent strains clones..BUt still like this 7 week DEADLINE i have...and hope to get clones but if not she was a good ride:hubba:
