what happened to my hairs?

OK I have 2 plants I put outside to finish, and they r budding nicely, but there are no hairs, I can see where new buds are forming and they are popping out hairs but they don't have the normal hairs that come out every Where. Is this normal?? It is getting very cold at night and they both have about four weeks or so left but they can't come back in

How cold is very cold? If its so cold the hairs of your bud are falling off I would be worried.

Well its not freezing, well we did have one frost a week or so ago but that's it, not sure on temps tho, probably low 40's Fahrenheit

You sure they didn't get pollinated? The pistils will wither and fall off a pollinated calyx.

no they didnt get pollinated, hasnt been around any males, i get pretty lucky as far as getting female plants goes, havent had to many males
