weird plant growth

why does a plant grow just 3 leaves near the top? its new leave growth and it doesn't even look like mj...... 2-3 wks into flowering by the way

you can get one bladed leaves coming out as new growth, is the plant under any stress-or maybe your "PH" is out, light leaks? you "probably" have nothing to worry about.
2-3 weeks into flower,so can you see the flowers developing now?
what`s your set-up?
