So I Googled what percentage I should have these lights dialed at during certain stages of the plant's life. Also asked a bunch of people on Facebook. Keep getting mixed answers. If anyone knows about the viparspectra P-Series. I'm good in veg but what percent should I have my lights dial to in early flower to late flower. I have them hanging higher than the specs given to me in the paperwork. I'll attach a picture of given specs. I had to dial my lights back. T

whe p4000 to 75% and the P 2500 to 80%. I have three flowers that are 5 weeks in and two that are 7 weeks in. Both lights are 25 in above canopy pictures below way less than what the paperwork recommends.

By 5 to 7 weeks you should be at 100% in my book. How is your heat buildup during lights on? Do you think that you are having problems and if so maybe closer picts of the plants/problems themselves.

That one plant with the burnt tips. It constantly prays at the light literally. I haven't seen the leaves come close to wanting to droop. Either they want more or it's too much.

I doubt its drooping because of the light.
I run MAX illumination once its over a few inches, by max I mean just under the bleaching point. That it what you will see when the light is too close.
MAX in vegg gives you the tight node spacing and lush growth, in flower it produces the tight buds with the most trichomes.

I said it never droops. It's constantly praying with burnt tips check out the picture of the praying plant

I use a photonix600 and run it wide open, never dialed a light back...don't seem right not to give them all they can use when you have it to give...my tent is 5' x 5' and the light just fits...question, why are your leaves so yellow, is it the light making them appear that way...

I would say it is not your light. Probably nutrients or PH or watering cycle related. What are you using and how often. Is this the only one doing it? Are they all the same strain? What strains if you know?

No I'm having issues. I was thinking maybe it was the light intensity. But the leaves are starting to get more like green than yellow at the moment. Seems like every plant I put in my five-by-five under these lights end up getting some kind of deficiency or issue. Maybe it's me. Or my tap water.
