ventilation question (air cooled reflector)

I just bought a euro air cooled reflector for my 400 hps because my temps are way to high (around 90) Where should i install the fan? Its a 6" in-line duct 250cfm. In my box near the reflector or farther away maybe outside the box? My box is 4 x 4 & 6ft. high totally sealed. I do have a carbon filter connected to a 4" fan for the exhaust, its not helping with the temps, thats why I bought the reflector. And I have a 4" round hole near the bottom for the intake (no fan there) Any advise would be appreciated......Thanks in advance

Try pulling the air directly away from the light because thats instant heat.
