tops keep dying

I cannot figure out. I take the starts, do all the right stuff, but on alot of my clones within a couple days the newest leaves on top turn slimey and a brownish color. What can be causing this?I have had it happen to only a few and i have had it happen to about 25+ before. I used peat pellets or whatever they are called before, this time i used rockwool(it's worse this time too)I have a dome, i spray with just water 2-3 times a day, i have a heat pad underneath, i have 2 florecent grow lights on them, i used clonex gel and put in water after cutting, recut at 45. It's like they are rotting, it doesn't spread, one will have it over there, another over there, but the ones next to them won't. I am so frustrated!! :hitchair: Thank you in advance.

i am not watering them, just spraying, could i be overspraying at one time?

It sounds too me kind like fungus which loves to grow in the same conditions as roots. I would try not to spray them so often. I actually don't spray em at all. I maybe give them a good spray down the first day but after that it's tough love.

Try spraying just the inside of the dome, not the plants. and make sure that there stem never dries out. Its all about humidity.

You have to water it just enough to keep the cubes wet, and the you dont need to mist or use the dome.
