Too straight , too late?

Hey guys ...

I planted my babies 2 weeks ago , One of them are acually sitting by my window sill.

My problem is that it's been two whole weeks and still the plant is "scrawny" , I think it's the cold breezes coming through the window.

My second problem is the two leaves are pointing straight up.

Besides these problems the plant is green and healthy.
The cotyledon leaves are even green and still intact.

I think it just needs more light. Its hard to get enough light sitting in a window sill, especially in this time of year.

dude invest like 150 bucks on a 400 watt HPS set up, I did, and I don't regret it at all, it'll more than pay for itself first harvest, even of one female. Check ebay for em. If you dont got 150 bucks, go in with a buddy or two that smokes and tell em you'll split the weed with em so they dont have to spend 50 on an 8th.
