sounds like some people i met in Ojai at the Krishnamurti Foundation

they were into astral meditation and believed that through meditation they could leave their bodies and travel on different “planes” or “dimensions”


but on Sundays one could only travel from 10-5

If you need inter awakening you could always go checkout my cousin's group. She was in a car accident and came close to coding or did code and saw the lights above. After than happened she had a revelation and changed her name and started this. She must be doing okay as I think they go to Hawaii a couple of times a year for retreats, etc.
