Back in '75 when I was freshly married, the wife and I were stopped at a light in downtown Flint. A stunning blonde went bouncing across in front of the truck wearing a pretty little sundress, sandals, and that was it. I guess my eyes followed her every move 'til she was on the other side of the street. The wife started chewing me a new one, and I replied, "I can look at a fine looking young woman like I look at cars. I stare at a nice Maserati, but I prefer Chevys."

good morning

going up to near 80 today , time to mow de lawn first mow of the year and not the last that is for sure

i went to the Town Council meeting to complain and offer a couple of suggestions to fix the complaint

they were one member short of having a quorum and after 30 minutes waiting for a member to show up , they texted him and he said he would be there in 10 minutes , the meeting was cancelled and rescheduled for Wednesday

this is gonna be fun cause i was fined a late fee for being late on my water bill , 2nd time in over 13 years , it just didnt set right with me , that is a pretty good record and i did not appreciate the ding , especially when i add up 13 years which totals over $14,000.00 and these mother truckers wanna ding me

and that is $14k for water that is NOT RECOMMENDED TO DRINK by the EPA and the Town has been on EPA probation for several years and has to submit a water sample to the EPA every month or be fined

so i am adding another suggestion to my list and that is i suggest the town council start fining late members and see how that makes them feel

doesnt feel to good now does it mr mayor

i do not like negative reinforcement , i had plenty of that as a kid growing up and i have found in my years of life that positive reinforcement is a lot better choice

with that in mind , I am going to suggest my 5-7-10 Plan

just like Herman Cains 9-9-9 Plan

if a customer never misses a payment in 5 years , they earn a 25% rebate on their water bill

7 years they get a 50% rebate

10 years earns a full month rebate!

hot dam thats a good Plan! and it is a fair Plan considering we cant even drink the water without running it through several filters
