So I put the plants outside because I thought it'd actually be cooler than the garage since max temp today is 89 and it hadnt even hit hottest part of the day yet. So I put them out and come back 30-40 minutes later and the thermometer I placed next to them is at 120!!!

I panicked and brought them back in. A few of the leaves on each plant are majorly droopy like really limp but most of the other leaves seem fine. I watered them (they were due today anyway) immediately and put them back
In the box under the normal lights.

Is there anything else I can do? Are these limp leaves going to come bAck or should I snip them?

My guess is most of the leaves will bounce back by tomorrow. Don't cut anything yet. Green mojo to you.

Regardless of temps, you need to wean plants to sunlight. You cannot just set plants that have been grown indoors outdoors in strong sunlight. They need to be acclimated to the ultraviolet light from the sun. When first taking them outdoors, you need to put them in a somewhat shady place for like 10 minutes at a time.

Your girls will probably survive as you did not leave them outdoors too long. My veggies outdoors wilt over everyday that the temps get up there in the high 90s or 100s.

Ya it was shady where I put them, and outside temps were still just barely over 80. The problem was that The cloudless sunlight was bouncing off of the cement and directly at the plant area.
