T5 Lighting question...

Hey all! I have a T5 light I have for my aquarium, 3 ft, 4 bulbs. Two of the bulbs are normal day lights. The other two are actinic blue. This is commonly referred to as a 50/50 setup. Should I switch the blue lights out in exchange for two more day lights? Or will the blue lights help for vegging out various crops?

For vegging, you want the color temp around 6500k.

For flower, it needs to be around 3200k... If I remember correctly...??
