T5 Light question

Hello,
is it possible to use an aquarium T5 4 bulb light fixture for veg growth,
these are cheap, even if i have to buy better bulbs.
i think they are 39w each x 4 bulbs, i will use 600w hps to flower if this works.
i currently have 400w mh for veg but if t5 works i'll use it

The aquarium t5 should work fine imo.

The bulbs are probably 10k kelvin - 16k kelvin.
