Strain help: Beginner's

I was looking at the strain list and I swear I almost died. So many different kinds of MJ; I don't how to pick and since I'm new to the homegrown scene, I thought I'd ask the community for help. I'm looking for a strain with the following properties, in order of importance: Low cost, High THC count, Easy Cloning, High Yield. If I had to, I could part with the last, but the first three (I may be able to survive without cloning) are a must for me. Thank you for the help. (40/60 head/body high would be ideal)

Try Jack Herer, easy cloning, high yield, easy to grow and cost is £100 for 20 seeds give or take few pounds.

you also need to consider height
small medium or tall
how big is your grow area?
for low cost, good potency, nice taste, decent yield
i would consider any of the mandala strains
ive grown white satin (medium height) & hashberry (small)
both where very good and easy to grow and clone
