got some good seeds last bag or two. heres my set up so far. i have a 250 watt regular bulb and also a 75 watt regular bulb supplying light to the eight seeds in miracle grow soil from a local garden shop.they are in 2 inch pots. these lights will only be in use for a week or two untill i move the plants into a 10 gallon fish aquarium with air pump installed. i will also be getting a flourescent tube set up from here...check it out.http://www.insidesun.com/69e6d90822150dd8d571b033e4c434ad.dept
then ill be getting a 600 watt hps ballast and reflector for 100 bucks soon also for flowering cycle. i plan on keeping for females for mother plants. i will purchase a gravita hps bulb from inside sun as well. right now the seeds are still germinating. i will post every other thursday to show updates.

I knew there would be an advertisement in there somewhere. Anyhow good luck!

yea you need to get cool white Compact fluorescent lights or if you have the money and the "know how" a HPS will suite you just fine

Good price on that cheap fixture, but you need it as soon as your seeds sprout, you dont need any light if they havent yet. Let alone those incandecent lights that dont work and just waste juice.

But good luck on your grow!

yeah im waiting on a compact flouro. its a small duall tube system rated at 96 watts..and about 7,000 lumens. and ill use a 600 watt hps for flowewering.

will be improving lights in a couple of months but for now two saved females from outdoors are being reverted back to veg so i can mother clone them and breed them. 11 seeds are soaking right now will be sowed in 2 to 3 days. heres some pics. my other grow failed. not one of eight seeds germinated. i didnt pay for them so ..oh well. heres some pics and light sources.

well somebody help! my picture selector will not upload my photos.

heres som pics of my beginning phase of a potentially perpetual garden of herb. im doing this semi bosai mind you ..as i have learned this art with the help of higher reanked users within the walls of this site. start seeds out in small 2 inch pots.. grow then transfer to a one gallon pot..veg till preflowers appear then clone. root the clones and veg the clones while the mohter plants youve created have regenerated. thus you can create a cycle of about 8-10 one gallon 600 watt hps buds per 2 and a half to3 and a half weeks.

how much dollar have you got????? i did this for less than 60 quid (im from uk dont know the how much in $$$ that is?!?))) and its 120watts in less than 2sqrft, and im gonna bud in there too. im sure you can pick a freezer up in less than an hour. all you need is;
a freezer
6 x light fittings
6 x plugs
8 x 20w energy savers bulbs (sounds like you got the 26w, thats good)
12m of wiring
6" & 5" desk fan
an 8 way socket extension from ANY electrical store, and your off

honestly it was less than 60, we FAILED TO FOLLOW THE GUIDLINES up to begin with  its not hard, and you can get the plants 1cm from the bulb :) and you have a cheap veg room :D

good luck 85C

these look like they would be great to use for entire cycles of growing.
