anyone ever use spotlight grow lights? this coolass dude at lowes recommended them to me.....i got 3 120 w bulbs, about 6000 lumens altogether....any good?

they are not worth it. 120 watts a piece thats 360 watts for only 6000 lumens. 400 watt hps are like 50,000 lumens and thats only 40 more watts. you could get way more lumens with cfl's.
