I dont think its to late. It would be better if it was a seedling with a set or two of real leaves.

depnds on where u live and the temps outside,u can start them inside and then put them outside when established but if not able to start indoors wait till after last frost

well I live in Miami,Fl where it is hot and humid. is it impossible to buy seeds within the u.s.?Internet sales?
